SHRM offers a workplace harassment training solution that presents learners with a highly interactive, story-based training experience.  Workplace Harassment features compelling characters and realistic scenarios based on actual cases and real events.  This course goes beyond sexual harassment to cover other forms of prohibited harassment such as race, disability, age, religion and national origin.  This Workplace Harassment solution is fully compliant with federal law and the laws of all 50 states, including California's groundbreaking AB 1825 standards.  A Spanish version of the training is also available upon request!

Employee Course:  60 minutes             Manager / Supervisor Course:  120 minutes

Federal Harassment Training Law:

Federal law has strongly encouraged periodic harassment prevention training for all employees and supervisors since 1998.

California Harassment Training Law - AB 1825:

AB 1825 was passed in late 2004, mandating two hours of interactive sexual harassment training for California supervisors every two years.  AB 1825 is the first law of its kind to actually specify the requirements for effective online compliance training, setting the standard not only for California, but for the rest of the country as well.

What Do These Laws Mean for Your Organization?
