Going beyond sexual harassment to cover additional protected categories like race, disability, and sexual orientation, this course meets every state and federal training requirement, including demanding sexual harassment training standards in California (AB 1825) and Connecticut.

Course Length:

Employee  Versions:  30 minutes or 60 minutes 

Manager / Supervisor Versions:  45 minutes or 120 minutes

For optimal compliance with California AB 1825 regulations, it is strongly recommended that the course be customized to include your organization's policy and contact information for users who have questions regarding the training.  If you do not include these customizations in your course and wish to comply with AB 1825, you will need to provide alternative mechanisms for providing this information in conjunction with the training.
