Refund Policy

A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made prior to accessing the e-Learning materials within 10 business days of the original purchase date.  If the materials have been accessed, a refund will not be granted.  Refund requests received after 10 business days of the original purchase date will not be honored.

 

All refund request must be sent to elearning@shrm.org within 10 business days in order to be processed. All refund will be provided through the same method of the originial payment. Compliance based training is non-refundable once the course is customized.
