SHRM e-Learning Course Token(s)

Tokens never expire and will remain in your account until you redeem them to enroll in a course. Once you enroll in a course, the course is valid for one year from the enrollment date. Not all courses require a token: only the courses in the course catalog that say "Purchase now for One Token" require you to purchase a token first.

SHRM Member Token Price: $54.95 per token
Non-Member Token Price: $64.95 per token

Refund Policy

A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made prior to accessing the e-Learning materials within 10 business days of the original purchase date.  If the materials have been accessed, a refund will not be granted.  Refund requests received after 10 business days of the original purchase date will not be honored.

All refund requests must be sent to elearning@shrm.org within 10 business days in order to be processed.  All refunds will be provided through the same method of original payment.
