Payment by Check
To pay by check, please contact us first by e-mail at elearning@shrm.org to let us know what product(s) you wish to purchase and the quantity, if applicable. Also provide your name, company name, physical mailing address, telephone and e-mail address. We will e-mail an invoice back to you within two business days. Be sure to attach a copy of this invoice to your check and return it to the address indicated. Please note that with the time required for mailing and for your check to clear our account, your order may take two weeks or more to process. We therefore encourage payment by credit card via our secure server.
Refund Policy
A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made prior to accessing the e-Learning materials within 10 business days of the original purchase date. If the materials have been accessed, a refund will not be granted. Refund requests received after 10 business days of the original purchase date will not be honored.
All refund requests must be sent to elearning@shrm.org within 10 business days in order to be processed. All refunds will be provided through the same method of original payment.
