SHRM’s EEO course offers a brand-new approach to compliance training that drastically reduces training time and cost. EEO features an interactive TV “news show” format. Employees see a series of 15-to-20-minute “news story” vignettes based on actual cases and real events. Learners explore discrimination issues from every angle and apply their knowledge through compelling exercises and simulations.
Built in close partnership with Littler, SHRM’s EEO course offers powerful legal defenses in an environment of escalating risk.
