For certified HR Professionals, SHRM e-Learning has quickly become a preferred method of recertifying their PHR®, SPHR® or GPHR® credentials. SHRM e-Learning offers a variety of courses, webcasts, conference sessions and public policy updates that will earn credits toward your PHR®, SPHR® or GPHR® recertification.
Certified PHR and SPHR Professionals can earn all 60 hours of recertification credit with SHRM e-Learning courses. Only 20 hours of recertification credits can be earned through the webcasts. There is no limit on the number of SHRM e-Learning courses that can be used toward recertification. To earn recertification credit, the quiz at the end of each course must be passed with a grade of 75% or higher. The quiz is based on the course content and can only be taken one time.
For SPHRs looking to earn their 15 hours for the SPHR Strategic Learning requirement, look no further. The Strategic Contribution domain of the SHRM e-Learning course catalog, Public Policy webcast and the Legislative Conference Sessions all offer recertification that will count towards the 15 hours of Strategic Learning needed for recertification.
